關於我
大家好啊，我叫miles 來自香港，想請教一下各位兄弟，我該想着什麼去抵抗誘惑。我現在的狀態就是明明有很多對我很重要的事自己卻不想做/沒能做好/無法專注。我知道這絕對與自慰有關，可是卻戒不了，頂多七天就破戒。每天上班遲到，越活越像NPC，曾經很自豪的興趣也荒廢掉，眼看着同時期的人越來越強，感覺自己真的是個廢物，卻又很難改變。。。
