9:30 I am at the gym training muah Thai.
11:00 I am done training and it’s time to eat and rest after a nice shower.
Then maybe a nap or not depending on the day.
Work begins. Whatever my most “move the needle” tasks are, I attack.
In between everything, I am also recording, editing and uploading content as it feels natural to do what I am doing and just record it too for sake of content.
Eventually I may start going to evening muah Thai trainings as well. For now though I am training my body up to handle that pressure.
