Hi Folks! I have been away for a while. Was swamped up with my academic research activities. I would be delighted to hear people's insights. Anyone from academic and business can better relate to that.

Maybe I can ask u guys and some one is the same with me? I’m a lawyer in my country(Ukraine) Coz of situation, which all of u guys know, I’m living in Germany about 2 years. Now I’m trying to find a job… but I don’t how it works with lawyers here. Maybe some one also have the same situation ? Looking forward for ur answers 🙏🏻
What’s is the important things which we should pay attention before or on interview ?
Like it’s really very stressful when u try got a job of ur dream. U choose closets, learn some stuff, search in Internet some advice. But on what do u usually pay attention ?
How to know what do u have in ur heart?
Hey guys. I was busy the last week.. I leave in Germany like 2 years cuz of war in Ukraine. I’m a lawyer in my country and worked in Court of Appeal Like 10 years. Now here cuz of different laws it’s not that easy to get a job. I must to go to learn again and again. Also for me it’s the problem, that I think I’m confused what I want to make…. I have a wish, and I see that it will be great for me, and it’s a good job. But !!! At first, I must make bachelor again. Or I can make Master again, but the problem that I must to pass exam with subjects, which I think I can’t to make. Also if person want to have master, he should to find Firma, which will be pay and support. So my problem is, that I’m afraid that I can’t make it (master), I’m afraid that I must to do again (bachelor). And this fear give me the feeling, that maybe it’s not that I can and I want…. So I’m that kind of confusing. How do u guys make u to think clear and to understand what u really need? Looking forward to know ur mine 🤞🏻 Will be so lucky to know what u are thinking 🫶🏻 @Toby Brauer @Daniella de Freitas
