The last few years have been a real struggle for me in my life and I've decided to make a change and focus on actively improving my situation. There are some things you just don't have control over, but you can always change your mental attitude and framework.
It truly helps to PRACTICE gratitude for something no matter how small. Actively saying OUT LOUD what you're grateful for will cause a shift in your brain and set you on a better path.
