Hopefully my last rebranding
I went for 3 rebrandings already in my community. I'm an IT guy, not a marketing guy. So that was very hard for me. But I settled for a consulting method that I hope it is clear for people who stumble at my about page: Helping Skool Creators Save 10hrs/week and Optimize their operations with the PAA formula I will help you with: - Planning : Understand and draw your skool workflow - Analysis : Quantify your business with CRM - Automation : Let technology tools work for you Is this a clear niche?

My niching down process
Hello. I created a community around 2 weeks ago and I'm in the process of niching down after hearing many times that my goals were vague and hard to understand. I initially had the goal of creating an educational hub where people would share knowledge and help eachother out with their online businesses. I got the feedback that "help eachother out" was to vague. I also got the feedback of giving what people want, not what I think they need. So I niched down to something I'm good at: researching and implementing tools. And I remade my about page to appeal to what I realized was the pain points of my previous clients. Since than, I got 2 organic joiners from the discovery page, witch is not much, but it's enough to assure that some progress was made. I am also more focused and inspired to create content that is aligned with my skills.

@Ruben Plasmeijer Thank you very much for the feedback! What is the educational hub about? What type of education? Is it focused on a particular field? Something you are passionate about, or have experience in? It was going to be about anything that someone needed to START a business, from the noob starting point. That is why the Community is called noobemy. But I see that it was going to be hard being that broad. So I niched down to tech tools. Help each other out is not necessarily vague if the "what" they can help each other with is more specific. So I'd focus on a more specific type of education, support, if that makes sense. Basic education for online business owners. What do you need to know to start an online business? Digital marketing, web development, AI tools, contente creation, payment methods, ecommerce basics, it is too many stuff. I want to create a knowledge base to make it simple. Researching and implementing tools is more specific, but what type of tools exactly? And what shows that you are good at it? (Don't get me wrong I am not saying you're not, I am just saying you can rephrase it to something like: "I have fixed [ fill in problem/challenge ] with [ fill in tool ] by doing [ fill in how]." Anything from marketing tools, to payments, website builders, automation. I worked for a podcaster and managed all of his tech stack, and have been working with IT for over 10 years implementing and researching several tools. I'm not an expert in every tool, no one is, but I believe I got the basics to help people make good choices, and that is the point of the community. Not to become an expert in everything, but to form a place where people with diferente expertises can exchange knowledges of their respective fields and help each other out in that regard. No one can go to far alone, and anyone who tries to figure out their business alone will not go to far. After that you could think of specifics like which age group, which needs to they have, what are other things your perfect audience is likely to be interested in, and so on.

@Beau Sterling Hey Beau. I'm trying to create a video presentation now and as I plan content, I'm still making adjustments to my about page. I believe that I will be finding ways to improve my vision untill I get a very solid experience on how managing the community really is like in practice. Only at 7 members now. But as soon as I have recorded videos, I will take promotion more serious and use social media as well. The challenge now is finding my style of video content.
