Morning all, easy scheduled run this morning followed by a circuit session, pressups, situps and mountain climber, cold plunge then in for coffee and toast . Bit of a mixed day today,funeral of a close friend ive known for 40 odd years but if you can put a good spin on such a day,ill be catching up with people i know and worked with for the last 30 years and haven't seen for years in some cases, connection.
