Night paralysis/not

Hey guys , last night I experience something that's never happened before.

For the first part I was in night paralysis with something in my room spinning me around and trying to choke me with my duvet, I pulled the duvet out of my mouth and shouted "fuck off dark entities" that woke me up for a few seconds but I quickly fell back into it, this time holding the intention to find out what it wants. Then two objects appear hovering above me, one looked like a fire alarm the other slightly smaller but both had bright Lazer like red beams shining at my head/3rd eye but I knew I wasn't awake so with all my will power OPENED MY EYES , I was definitely awake when one of the red lights was still in my room and stayed for a few seconds before disappearing though the wall..

Has anyone had anything like this before?

I've tried surrounding myself in white light and holding the intention for whatever they are to give me clarity on what they want or leave me alone but feeling very frustrated that I still don't know what they are, what they want or how to know if they are good or bad..

Yesterday I shared on my Instagram about how the Vatican uses the churches to spread sacrificed childrens fear into the leylines/earth grid.. two days ago my 14 year old dog and I were unusually restless and even after a 5k run we still couldn't sleep very well.

Does anyone know what's going on?
