Quick background: I’m a Senior Architectural Designer who’s spent the last 3 months deep-diving into AI automation. I’ve just launched a solo AI agency offering two services:
1.AI Audit – I assess business operations to pinpoint where AI can save time, cut costs, or drive revenue.
2.AI Sales Agent – An automation system that re-engages dead leads via SMS using LLMs, nurturing them into booked calls. It’s a fast ROI play for a business to build trust in AI.
This solution works across industries, but I’ve been advised to target high-ticket businesses and focus outreach through cold email or warm connections.
