Alright a little late to the game but here is my homework completed:
North Star: Rooted, radiant sovereign woman
Mission: Awakening embodied sovereignty through body, water, rhythm, and self-trust
This Week’s Focus: Daily embodied content that nurtures trust and conversation
Keystone Habit: Morning nervous-system regulation + create before consume
Vice to Release: Giving energy to people who do not reciprocate or choose me
Reorientation: I invest where my energy is met
Man the one that hit HARD was my vice to release. Nailed me. So on point!
