Nailed me. So on point!

@Kimberley Crisp yesssss feel this so deeply! I think especially in relationships I can trend to not hold boundaries for the sake of keeping the peace but really that’s only short term peace and hurting myself long term—anyway on the learning journey lol

Accountability Group Instructions ❤️‍🔥 CRUSH IT
Accountability Group Instructions 1. Initial Setup - Share your accountability group members and weekly meeting time inside Skool & tag your partners (mandatory) - Create a group chat with your accountability partners  - Follow each partner on social media and turn on notifications & engage with each other content if it resonates! - Book your Weekly 15 - 30 min meeting ( An hour if possible )  2. Weekly Meeting Format - Go around in a circle, each person shares without interruption: - North Star ( The virtues and embodiment of your fully actualized character that has everything you could ever need and moves like you’ve met God and you’re 10,000 years old)  - Wildly Important goal / Mission ( what you want to achieve by following that Northstar, what kind of life would you live and what opportunities will you manifest walking that path)  - #1 Most important business task for the week (specify when and where you'll do it) - +1 Number one keystone habit (ex. Sleep, move, eat, breath, focus, the one thing that if you did it consistently that would most benefit your life, and that if not done, everything sucks)  - -1 Number one vice to kill ( but one thing if you stopped doing, that would most benefit your life) - After everyone shares, one by 1 address the thing that feels most uncomfortable or has least confidence in completing and use the W.O.O.P framework WOOP = Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan (Watch replay for explanation) 3. Throughout the Week - Text "I did it" in the group chat when you complete your stated task - Check in with partners via voice messages or text about their goals - When someone posts content, share it in the accountability group chat - Post completed goals inside School for community celebration 4. Support Tools ( THE PHILOSOPHERS STONE ) - Use "flip the switch" exercise when feeling disregulated  - (How to do: sit up straight and dignified, take the deepest breath you’ve taken all week, bring your chin and chest up shoulders back, smile, and connect to your highest self, that character radiant and golden fully actualized and say, i have everything i need within me, I trust myself. Then ask "What do I really want? What's important now? See yourself doing what needs to be done as that goodness and full potential embodied, then DO IT!

My Introduction ☀️
Hi! My name is Kirstine LeMaster and my daughter's name is Ameta. I am 20 years old and a single mom in Colorado. I grew up homeschooled on a small farm and then when I was 18 I left to teach music in Nepal and India. Originally, my goal was to stay over there teaching, however I had to come back for some personal reasons and decided to stay here and save some money and work for about 6 months before I returned. In that time I found out I was pregnant, so my whole life kinda shifted. I was in a very toxic relationship and working as a waitress and cleaning houses my whole pregnancy in order to save enough money. My partner left about 3 weeks after my daughter was born and I was left with the decision to put her in daycare and continue working as a waitress or take my chances and build a new life. So I decided to start working online with Kangen water. I launched my brand Solvara Rising in August of 2025 (so very recently haha) and am working on mentoring my team which is another reason I want to continue to grow personally so I can pour more into their lives. I decided to join New Earth Uni for the community and business growth as well as direction with continuing to scale my business as well as create my own community and offerings. I am so excited to be here and I can't wait to connect with all of you over the next few months! Cheers to a New Earth! xoxo, yourhealthnutbestie Kirstine Instagram: @yourhealthnutbestie TikTok: @your_health_nut_bestie Facebook: Kirstine LeMaster Website SolvaraRising.com

My Sacred Vow and Vision Statement
The other night i spent about 4 hours on Chat GPT having it ask me deep questions to really dive in to what i believed, get clear on my mission and what my purpose is. I was in absolute tears at the end of it. So here is the mission statement/vow that came from those four hours. We rise from the quiet places where faith was caged. We are the daughters and sons who refuse to wear the garments of fear. We have heard the whisper in our bones--the world is shifting, and it is time to stand. We are not bound by religion's performance. We are the ones who choose the living relationship over the lifeless rule. We walk with God in the cool of the day and in the furnace of the night, and we will not trade that intimacy for approval. We fight the unseen battle--not with hatred or pride, but with love so fierve it disarms the darkness. We guard freedom of thought, freedom of speech, freedom of spirit. For where freedom lives, truth can breathe, and where truth breathes, God reigns. We burn down the altars of judgement and self-righteousness. We plant in their ashes a new seed: Wholeness. We build spaces where mothers, fathers, and children can laugh, heal, question and grow; where faith and curiosity coexist; where health and laughter thrive. We believe that wealth is not merely a coin but connection--That Kingdom wealth is found in hands joined, in hearts awake, in generosity unchained. We will steward every gift with integrity and courage. We are not afraid of doubt, the doubt is the door to deeper knowing. We will ask the hard questions, and when answers do not come, we will still trust the goodness of God beyond our comprehension. We pledge to live with open eyes and steadfast hearts--to feed the hungry, lift the weary, speak truth in live, and let our lives become the evidence of grace. This is our stand. To live free, to live true, to live in live. To fight not against flesh and blood, but for awakening of the spirit in every human heart. We are here for the reformation of faith,
My Sacred Vow
Here it begins. It’s official now. The decision is made. The only way from here is forward.
