I want to share something that came up for me, because I know it’s been coming up for a lot of you too.
I’ve heard so many people talk about worrying what their family might think or whether they’ll be accepted or approved of after sharing their breakthrough story — which I completely understand. That fear is real.
I noticed myself doing something similar, just in a different way. I kept finding reasons not to post… needing more clarity, better wording, better timing. All very logical excuses that were really just fear underneath.
So instead of forcing myself to post the story, I made a video about the blocks and excuses I was noticing in myself. Mostly because I knew I couldn’t be the only one.
Since then, I’ve shared my breakthrough story. And what surprised me most was the peace that followed.
It wasn’t about validation or being seen. And honestly — once I experienced how much love and support came through from others, the fear around approval kind of faded into the background.
What stayed was the feeling of honoring my true self. And that’s what creates real connection — when something comes from the soul, not from trying to get it “right.”
So if you’re still hesitating, especially around how it might be received by family or people close to you, you’re not behind and you’re not alone. It really is worth it. And you are worth being witnessed.
You’re evolving in real time, even if you haven’t posted yet. 🤍
