It is so so important to continue spending the time to see what we truly desire and being seen and identified with that highest good that we aspire to. I want to share something honestly, without polishing it. I joined this space two months ago with a clear inner “yes”, and then life asked me to slow down.I haven’t been very present here – not because of a lack of commitment, but because I’ve been navigating deep personal challenges in my intimate life. What I want to name is this:There have been moments where I felt like a fraud — wanting to build a conscious, embodied business, to show up as a leader, while still disentangling myself from patterns and dynamics that are not aligned with the life I am creating. And yet, this is exactly the edge I believe many of us are standing on. I don’t see this as failure anymore. I see it as the raw material of leadership.Not “I’ve figured it all out”, but “I’m willing to stay awake, honest, and responsible while I’m in it.” If this resonates with you — especially as a woman holding vision, business, healing and real life at the same time — I’d love to connect, listen, and learn together. Maybe a little behind, but here I am now..... So a little bit about me! My name is Joshua Long. My awakening happened In 2020 at the lowest point in a romantic relationship that was filled with abuse and two imbalanced individuals that were lost. Where it was the lowest point in my life, it was also the best point in my life. I believe the level of our evolution is a direct reflection of our pain. I want to share something that came up for me, because I know it’s been coming up for a lot of you too. I’ve heard so many people talk about worrying what their family might think or whether they’ll be accepted or approved of after sharing their breakthrough story — which I completely understand. That fear is real. I noticed myself doing something similar, just in a different way. I kept finding reasons not to post… needing more clarity, better wording, better timing. All very logical excuses that were really just fear underneath. So instead of forcing myself to post the story, I made a video about the blocks and excuses I was noticing in myself. Mostly because I knew I couldn’t be the only one. Since then, I’ve shared my breakthrough story. And what surprised me most was the peace that followed. It wasn’t about validation or being seen. And honestly — once I experienced how much love and support came through from others, the fear around approval kind of faded into the background. What stayed was the feeling of honoring my true self. And that’s what creates real connection — when something comes from the soul, not from trying to get it “right.” So if you’re still hesitating, especially around how it might be received by family or people close to you, you’re not behind and you’re not alone. It really is worth it. And you are worth being witnessed. You’re evolving in real time, even if you haven’t posted yet. 🤍
