Have been working of this piece of content. Would love some feedback :

Do you read it through or let go at the middle?
Should I rearrange the reasons (maybe some more catchy are at the end and would be better up)
Is the CTA relevant?
Does it sound like "I'm gonna teach you how to live?" or more like a gentle "Hey, it's ok, look, it can be fun and liberating". I'm trying to get rid of my bossy "know it all" way of expressing myself 😇
