Hi everyone! Just wanted to share a resource I've been enjoying and finding useful: The Dopamine Dispatch. It's a newsletter from an ADHD coach called Kelly Banks (who has ADHD herself). She covers topics like shame, self-trust, sleep, burnout, and emotional sensitivity. You can access one newsletter in her archive free, and though the free sign-up says you only get four newsletters for free, I've been signed up for free for a few months now and am still getting newsletters.
If you prefer Insta, she posts shorter versions of a lot of her content there too.
