Re-launch of our EVENING CIRCLE next Weds (and last daytime sesh today) 📲💘
💘 I have added our next evening circle at 7pm next Wednesday - put it in your calendars :) 💘 Today, 1pm UK time - our 30 minute catch up. It's the last of the daytime ones for a while, so please come if you're free (join from your phone on your lunch, bring your brew :)) 💘 Myself and Dr Zoue from Noble Naturals are holding an extra special webinar talking about the value of minerals in supporting ADHD naturally... I will post a whole board on this but, in short, I found her after I googled a product I'd bought in a boutique health shop (Therapie, Wilmslow) and loved, and we have found that we share a special interest in women's health and ADHD. She is an INCREDIBLE naturopath and doctor with insane amounts of knowledge. 💘 The poll is still live below for which evening slot you prefer going forward, but let's go for 7pm Weds for now and see how many of you can join 🤗 Questions? Hey ladies, I am holding the last daytime session tomorrow as so many of you are struggling with work commitments, and I'd love to find a session where it suits you 🥰 It's at 1pm Tuesday (tomorrowwww) - link to join on the calendar. Dopamine Dispatch
Hi everyone! Just wanted to share a resource I've been enjoying and finding useful: The Dopamine Dispatch. It's a newsletter from an ADHD coach called Kelly Banks (who has ADHD herself). She covers topics like shame, self-trust, sleep, burnout, and emotional sensitivity. You can access one newsletter in her archive free, and though the free sign-up says you only get four newsletters for free, I've been signed up for free for a few months now and am still getting newsletters. If you prefer Insta, she posts shorter versions of a lot of her content there too.
