✨ Unmasking ADHD: What’s Me… and What’s My Mask?
Hi ladies 💗 Before I finalise tomorrow night’s session, can you comment below if you’re joining us? 🕖 7pm UK time One of the most common questions I hear in 1:1 coaching is: “I don’t know what’s me… and what’s ADHD.” And underneath that question is something much deeper. • Was I always this anxious? • Is my quietness real… or learned? • Do I actually like being organised… or am I terrified of being judged? • Is my confidence authentic… or a survival strategy? Unmasking isn’t about blaming ADHD for everything or stripping away your personality. For my clients (including this brilliant group), it's about gently untangling: - Adaptation - Trauma responses - People-pleasing - Perfectionism - Hyper-independence - Burnout - And your actual core self We’ll hold open space tomorrow for: ✨ Stories ✨ Challenges ✨ Wins ✨ Identity shifts ✨ The grief that can come with late diagnosis ✨ The freedom that can come with self-trust This session will also be incredibly valuable for parents/carers of young women with ADHD who want to understand how masking develops — and how to support without reinforcing shame so invite your friends and colleagues if you think this may be useful to them. Comment below if you’re coming so I can tailor it to the room.
