Hi everyone, just locked in a large Funding deal for a portfolio of properties. 32-SFH properties minus the four she already has under agreement. I also spoke with the seller to get an understanding of why he's selling all of these properties and why he wants to get rid of them all. I also spoke to the buyer's realtor (and the buyer herself) and she and I hit it off immediately 💯 Just wanted to share a Win, and to give you all motivation that I feel like I'm getting traction. This will be my working project, along with the investor I'm helping to get a 30-unit townhouse complex and my realtor friend in Michigan. I'm actively still accepting offers.
