These are the following supplements I recommend based of on the feedback from you guys. Protein powder - specially to get our protein up if we can consume so much food Thermogenic - also known as a fat burner, this will help increase energy as well from helping burning fat and helping us sweat more. (Some of these have caffeine so don’t have more caffeine with it) Multi- vitamin- make sure you guys have a well balanced multi-vitamin. Typically the one a day are not the best.
