Macros
If you guys looked at the macro video I want you to aim for the following macros for now.
Protein - 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight
Carbs we’ll aim for 30-40% of our calories ( if we use my fitness pal it will give us where we are in percentage)
Fats we’ll aim for 15-20%
I want you all to aim to eat 1800 calories in the day now :)
On days we workout harder like leg days and back days let’s do higher percentage of carbs.
On rest days or arm days and even conditioning days we’ll aim for a lower percentage
