SOMATIC ANGER RELEASE WORKSHOP for good gals ready to be fully expressed.
Sunday 31st May 11am AEST 9am AWST 6pm PST. Awareness is not enough, EMBODIMENT is what creates real change. Trauma is anything to much, to fast or to little for to long for our nervous system to fully process. Energy in motion = emotion when not fully felt and processed is stored in the body and what creates dense energy low vibration. I have had this good gal persona where I suppressed my needs and desires and people pleased to keep the peace and unconsciously suppressed my emotions and didn't speak my truth as a way to feel loved because I was afraid of rejection and abandonment. Being Italian and having a dad that yelled I guess I didn't want to be like him so suppressed instead of expressed like my mum... This pattern was at the cost of my health relationships and income. Gabor mate shares we choose BELONGING over AUTHENTICITY to keep love and not be diff to family and friends. This can only be rewired on a BODY LEVEL, your body remembers what the mind forgets. Having the nervous system capacity to stay connected with our true self when these emotions arise. Having EMBODIED BOUNDARIES allows EMBODIED SAFETY AND EXPANSION! SPEAKING YOUR TRUTH - Your needs, desires, boundaries, feeling safe to be witnessed in your vulnerability is how you allow real INTIMACY. What has helped me more the anything over the years is somatics for safety support and expansion and biodynamic breathwork which brings together - breathe, movement, sound, touch that allows us to process emotions stored in the body and fully feel and heal. My background is a naturopath and biology of trauma trained so also looking at how emotions impact our health, anger is stored in our liver so often its the cause of auto immune disease and hormone imbalance and burnout. Join us Sunday 31st May for a FREE WORKSHOP to come home to your true authentic self! Save your seat now! Karolyn Zinetti

WELCOME - What nervous system state are you in?
Welcome to Nervous System Expansion A FREE community with daily somatic practice to create a felt sense of safety, support and expansion in your body. Somatics and breathwork practice daily allows your window tolerance to expand and respond over react to daily challenges stress and triggers and allows you to come back to parasympathetic calm aliveness and presence. How your nervous system state impacts your health. What nervous system state do you feel you operate in most - comment below 1, 2, 3. 1 - Sympathetic Nervous System - fight / flight - Anxiety, Anger, Perfection, Hyper-vigilence The sympathetic nervous system (SNS) is a branch of the autonomic nervous system that triggers the response, preparing the body for action, stress, or danger. It increases heart rate, dilates pupils, relaxes airways, and redirects blood to muscles, often acting in opposition to the parasympathetic to maintain balance. Key Aspects of the Sympathetic Nervous System: - Function: It governs involuntary reactions to stress, such as increasing cardiac output, boosting blood glucose for energy, and stimulating sweat production to cool the body. - Fight-or-Flight Mechanism: When danger is perceived, the SNS acts swiftly to prioritize survival, such as releasing adrenaline from the adrenal glands, slowing digestion to conserve energy, and slowing down non-essential functions. - Health Impact: Chronic activation of this system due to constant stress can lead to health problems, including high blood pressure and, in some cases, sustained rapid heart rate. 2 - Dorsal Vagal Shutdown or Hypoarousal - Overwhelm, fatigue, exhaustion, The freeze state is an involuntary nervous system response to overwhelming stress or trauma, acting as a survival mechanism when fight-or-flight fails. It triggers immobility, numbness, and exhaustion to conserve energy, often manifesting as "functional freeze," where an individual seems productive externally but feels detached, numb, or chronically anxious internally

RECEIVE FROM OVERFLOW
RECEIVERSHIP = NERVOUS SYSTEM CAPACITY When something comes into your life, especially something you’ve been wanting or even praying for
it creates energetic movement. For example, more money can mean more responsibility, more visibility can mean more eyes on you, and receiving more support can mean being seen in ways you’re not used to. Even if this is what you prayed for or deeply desire, it’s still new. And something new to the subconscious and nervous system means potential risk until proven otherwise, and there’s actual biology behind this. Your nervous system is constantly scanning your environment through something called neuroception (this happens below conscious awareness). It’s always scanning for what is familiar. So when your nervous system doesn’t feel fully safe receiving something, it typically moves into one of three patterns, and this is where behavior starts to make a lot more sense. Pattern number one is the fight / flight response. This is when your system speeds up and you find yourself doing more, thinking more,or trying to control more. But here’s the catch, when you’re in this state, you’re not actually receiving. Some of the behaviors look like- - overworking - Overthinking - trying to “lock in” results - feeling like you can’t relax - “I’ll just do it myself” Pattern number two is the nervous system freeze response. This is the opposite of the first response and this is where your nervous system pulls back. If it feels like you are under too much pressure or overwhelm the body will pump the brakes into freeze. Some of the behaviors of this can look like- ●not responding ●avoiding things you care about ●feeling disconnected or numb ●procrastinating without knowing why ●losing clarity Pattern number three is the fawn nervous system response and this one is a little more subtle. This is where you’re technically receiving, but only in a way that keeps you safe and liked. Some of the behaviors of this can look like- ●focusing on everyone else
