For those of us in the southern hemisphere, winter is creeping in, and if you are starting to feel it in your bookings, you are not alone. Clients reschedule when they are sick, the wedding season quiets down, and the diary can start looking a little patchier than we would like. It happens to all of us… but it is not always a bad thing.
I think the most productive way to work through this period is to use the “spare” time to get better. Better at anything - nailing that shape you have been avoiding, tightening up your prep routine, or even just finally having time to sit with your numbers and actually understand what is going on in your business. The time is there. It is just about what you do with it.
