The Future of MyZone AI? Automating AI Strategy & Building Micro AI Learning Communities
Disclaimer: This is the first time I've tried to publicly communicate my latest big vision, and it is evolving quickly... so its not fully formed yet - but its a billion $ idea that I'm committed to:
I just met another awesome human being (welcome ), via an introduction from another AI thought leader, and we had a great chat about the importance of learning about AI in groups, an our vision for automating AI strategy. I'll let Saamra talk about the vision for her AI start-up, but want ed to share my vision for MyZone AI with you here:
In the framework that we are developing (currently called the MyZone AI Blueprint), one critical step is around Education, and one sub-section of that is around "learning about AI in micro-communities". AI is moving so fast, and many of the best practices are changing on a daily basis. Its extremely overwhelming to try and stay on top of it all! By placing entrepreneurs together in groups of other CEO's who are also transitioning to becoming AI first organizations, they can learn so much faster.
It started off as a little WhatsApp group, where we have around 600 CEO's that want to learn about AI. Then we started creating sub-communities, like one on MSP's that has 16 CEO's who are learning about AI for managed service providers. A new one I'm creating now for CEO's of AI companies... or soon one for home builders in North America. We then started to branch outside of EO, and launched this Skool community just a couple months ago.
I quickly realized that we're going to have to build a custom software application for this... something like Skool, but code that we can own/customize. This will be part of an AI powered strategy automation platform we're actively building. The vision is that entrepreneurs will be able to answer a bunch of (industry specific) questions every quarter about their AI adoption, and it will give them automatic advice on things they should be focused on (based on our book we are writing)... and how they stack up versus others in their industry.
Here's an example of how it would work: Say you are a marketing agency owner, with 35 employees, based in Toronto, Canada. You want to become AI-first, and are freaking out a little bit. You have a ton of different AI initiatives on the go, but you aren't sure if you are following the best practices... and are you keeping up with others? You take the AI readiness assessment, and find out you are scoring a 42% on AI best practices. You can see on AI strategy, you are a 32/100, but sigh with relief when you realize the average for other marketing agencies of your size is at 29/100. But ohhh shit. You got a 19/100 on data strategy, and marketing agencies of your size are averaging 49%. What should you do? The system them customizes a chapter of our book, just for you... giving you clear instructions on what best practices you need to adopt, how to adopt them, so you can keep up with your peers around that strategic pillar. It then invites you to a micro AI community where you can connect with other CEO's of marketing agencies that are in a similar learning path. Start learning & sharing together...
This is part of the software platform we're building. Its a big vision, and we're just in the early prototyping (and soon seed financing) stage, but it seems to me like a billion dollar idea. Make it free for the world, and people can pay for premium services. Help SMB's and CEO's see how they are doing, what they need to do next, and learn together in automated mini EO style forums.
We're working 14h/day towards this vision, and I feel my sharing this with you all here, it is more likely to become a reality. Also, we're going to need a lot of PEOPLE to pull this off. Yes, that is right... actual humans. I envision that the best practices for each industry are going to require industry specific AI thought leaders... people who will provide coaching, manage the list of best practices, and help to customize the entire framework for their specific industry. ie: - you have dibs on Luxury home building. & Rishi have dibs on MSPs, and has dibs on roofing :P.
If this vision resonates with you, please do keep in touch. We're still a few months away from needing others to join this mission, but it does feel inevitable at this stage.
So, what do you think of this idea? Would you sign up to a platform that gave you automated advice on AI adoption best practices, that helped you benchmark against your industry peers? Would join micro-communities of others in a similar space, and help each other learn & grow together?
Or can you take this concept, and think... how can YOU fully automate and scale your existing business model to prepare for what comes next with AI?
