Learning to Be Present
I recently finished Module 4 on presence and it really made me reflect. I’m someone who spends a lot of time traveling to future. I’m always worrying, overthinking, trying to be “prepared.” But instead of helping, it’s been keeping me in a constant state of stress.
Learning about “time traveling” and using tools like the STOP sign technique and breath work has already made a difference. I’m definitely still working on it, but I’m so much more aware now!
Feeling grateful to be learning these tools and to be part of this community!😄
