I’m going to be honest with y’all for a minute…
The past few weeks I have completely fallen off track.
I’ve still been taking my GLP-1 shot, which honestly has been saving me, but I’ve found myself at fast food restaurants way more than I would like.
Life has been busy. Stress has been high.
And my routines? They slipped.
But here’s what I’ve learned on this journey…
Falling off track doesn’t mean you stay off track.
So this week I’m giving myself permission to reset.
Not perfection. Just getting back to my routines one step at a time.
Water.
Better food choices.
Movement.
Small habits again.
