Moody Talks: Learning Valuable Skills for Emotions
Moody Talks are made for adults to help build their coping skills using DBT concepts. This class focuses on an Emotion and 3 coping skills you can use to help get through difficult feelings. Learning more about Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Mindfulness and Interpersonal Effectiveness helps you to be prepared for those uncomfortable or stressful situations. BTW - I created the talks over 1 year so some of the content will be month specific - for example "Fear" was created in October ☺️
