I'm curious - how many glasses of water did you actually drink yesterday? (And coffee doesn't count! 😉) Quick Self-Assessment: - Count yesterday's water intake (8oz glasses) - Notice: Did you feel thirsty? Tired mid-afternoon? Headachy? - Check your urine color (pale yellow = good hydration) Signs You're Properly Hydrated: ✅ Steady energy throughout the day ✅ Clear, focused thinking ✅ Skin feels supple ✅ Rare feelings of thirst ✅ Light yellow urine Dehydration Red Flags: 🚩 Afternoon energy crashes 🚩 Frequent headaches 🚩 Dry skin or lips 🚩 Dark yellow urine 🚩 Constant thirst Your Challenge: Track your water intake for 7 days using whatever method works - phone app, journal, or water bottle marks. They say it takes 21 days to make a habit become a routine. Are you drinking daily 64 ounces minimum of water a day? If you drink caffeinated products, then you’re suppose to add the same amount of water back in your body. Who’s up for a 21-day water challenge?
