Today’s theme: "From ‘I’ll Do It Later’ to ‘I’m Doing This NOW’" 🎂 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, 𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗖! 🎂 This month isn’t just about celebrating another year—it’s 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗢𝗨 by recommitting to the habits that fill your cup first. Because when you show up for yourself, you show up better for everyone else. 🔄 𝗠𝘆 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜’𝗺 𝗙𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 Earlier this year, I was 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁—hydration, movement, and sleep goals were on track. But then June hit. Long hours writing content, designing covers, and evening calls left me thinking, "𝗜’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿." 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿: "𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿" 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 "𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿." By the end of the night, I was too tired to stretch, too drained to prep healthy snacks, and too wired to wind down for sleep. Sound familiar? 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, 𝗜’𝗺 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲. I’m 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁—not as an afterthought, but as the foundation. Here’s how I’m stacking my habits to make it happen: 1. 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: "After I pour my coffee, I’ll drink 8 oz of water with lemon." (No more "I’ll hydrate later" excuses!) 2. 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: "After I brush my teeth, I’ll do 2 minutes of stretching." (Even on busy days!) 3. 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽: "After I turn off screens at 9 PM, I’ll diffuse lavender + cedarwood." (My "Moonlit Blend" for deep rest.) 4. 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀: "After I eat lunch, I’ll prep a protein-rich snack for later." (No more 3 PM crashes!) 5. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: "After I journal at night, I’ll text my coach one win from the day." 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: Habit stacking 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 "𝗜’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿" 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁—you’re just adding a tiny habit to something you already do! 💡 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸? - Which habit have you been putting off with "I’ll do it later"? - What’s 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 you’ll try this week?
