Because when you show up for yourself, you show up better for everyone else.

Earlier this year, I was ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ถ๐˜โ€”hydration, movement, and sleep goals were on track. But then June hit. Long hours writing content, designing covers, and evening calls left me thinking, "๐—œโ€™๐—น๐—น ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐—ถ๐˜ ๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ." ๐—ฆ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฟ: "๐—Ÿ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ" ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜๐—ผ "๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ."
By the end of the night, I was too tired to stretch, too drained to prep healthy snacks, and too wired to wind down for sleep. Sound familiar?
๐—ง๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ต, ๐—œโ€™๐—บ ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ. Iโ€™m ๐˜€๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ณ-๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐˜โ€”not as an afterthought, but as the foundation. Hereโ€™s how Iโ€™m stacking my habits to make it happen:
  1. ๐—›๐˜†๐—ฑ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป: "After I pour my coffee, Iโ€™ll drink 8 oz of water with lemon." (No more "Iโ€™ll hydrate later" excuses!)
  2. ๐— ๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜: "After I brush my teeth, Iโ€™ll do 2 minutes of stretching." (Even on busy days!)
  3. ๐—ฆ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ: "After I turn off screens at 9 PM, Iโ€™ll diffuse lavender + cedarwood." (My "Moonlit Blend" for deep rest.)
  4. ๐—ฆ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜€: "After I eat lunch, Iโ€™ll prep a protein-rich snack for later." (No more 3 PM crashes!)
  5. ๐—”๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐˜†: "After I journal at night, Iโ€™ll text my coach one win from the day."
๐—ช๐—ต๐˜† ๐—ถ๐˜ ๐˜„๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐˜€: Habit stacking ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ "๐—œโ€™๐—น๐—น ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐—ถ๐˜ ๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ" ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜โ€”youโ€™re just adding a tiny habit to something you already do!
