Followship
I was in a session with a famous author name Leonard Sweet when he said something I will never forget. He said we have so many books and classes on leadership, but no one is producing material on Followship. Maybe if we had more content on flowship we’d have better leaders.
I submit that growing in leadership starts with knowing how to be a great follower. Thanks for this group because I’m excited about following your trainings.
