I was in a session with a famous author name Leonard Sweet when he said something I will never forget. He said we have so many books and classes on leadership, but no one is producing material on Followship. Maybe if we had more content on flowship we’d have better leaders. I submit that growing in leadership starts with knowing how to be a great follower. Thanks for this group because I’m excited about following your trainings. How do you all feel About following and leading and the correlation?

I teach and train entrepreneurs to Make plays, but I must be honest and say I’m at least 4 months late on launching my 2026 podcast 🫣. So for accountability I want to announce. I will launch the podcast and record the first 4-8 episodes in April of 2026! 👀🎉 How long would you listen to a podcast? 15 min / 30 min / 45 min or other?

As diamond leaders I think there is high value on visionaries… as it should be, but I think there should be equal or more value placed on the executors that get the job done. I wonder for you, which is more important or do they hold equal value? Visionary or doers?

Celebrating this Friday for a number of reasons, however, I will share two: 1) The Women's History Month session was beyond what I expected and the level of support, love and connection that came out of that space was truly priceless. 2) Today, March 27th my dad would have been 81 years of age, he transitioned Feb 15th, 2025. I am not celebrating because he passed away, I am celebrating because of the legacy that he left in me and now I am seeing how it is taking time to unfold in my life. What's one thing you are celebrating today?
