I just changed one of my goals and all of its tactics.
This is my fifth 12-week sprint, and I'm actually really glad I did.
If I hadn't been tracking my progress and implementing each week, I never would have realized this was the right move.
Tracking isn't just about accountability.
It's about getting the information you need to make better decisions.
My new goal:
✨ By the end of these 12 weeks, my business will run from one organized system with folders, a content pipeline, and a dashboard that tells me what to do each day.
My new tactics:
✅ Build and organize one folder or system area.
✅ Maintain my content spreadsheet by adding, updating, and scheduling content.
✅ Publish or schedule content consistently.
✅ Hold one weekly content planning session for the following week's queue.
✅ Complete one agent/dashboard build session.
Have you reached a point where you're questioning one of your goals or tactics?
Sometimes the right move isn't to work harder. It's to adjust based on what you've learned.
