This morning I finally did yoga again.
And wow… it reminded me how hard it is to keep even simple routines when structure is gone.
No set schedule.
No usual rhythm.
Everything a little looser.
But also…
I loved this looseness!
Slow mornings while the teens slept.
A little bit of work.
Lots of movement
and then straight into the river and hot springs this afternoon!
It felt really good
And I think that’s something I’m learning right now…
Maybe the goal isn’t to keep every routine perfectly.
Maybe it’s to stay connected to what matters, even when the structure changes.
A little yoga instead of none.
A little work instead of all or nothing.
A lot of living in between.
That feels a lot more like Income Without Burnout to me.
