So much fun!
I had a blast today at the GMID (Global Meetings Industry Day) conference facilitating wellness sessions!
I was hired by the MPI Atlantic Canada Chapter (Meeting Professionals International), and I’m hoping this is the first of many opportunities to do this kind of work.
What’s funny is that this grew directly out of my journal business — mixed with my old background teaching aerobics, step classes, and yoga.
Life really does connect the dots in unexpected ways. 🧘♀️😅
