We let one thing go.
Not for school.
For your life.
Because most of us are not burned out from doing too little…
we’re burned out from holding too much.
So here’s your permission slip for today.
You are officially allowed to let go of one thing.
Maybe it is:
• the messy to do list
• the pressure to be everywhere online
• the guilt of resting
• the need to have it all figured out
• comparing your pace to someone else
For me today, I am letting go of doing things halfway.
I planned a lighter week on purpose.
But then I hovered in between…
not fully working, not fully resting.
And that in between space?
It drained me more than either choice would have.
So I am letting go of the regret.
And choosing to be fully where I am.
That is enough.
