My husband and I love Mexican food 🌮
Tonight we walked to our favorite local restaurant for happy hour and enjoyed these gluten free flautas on corn tortillas. We are on the beautiful mountains of Colorado at our investment property.
One thing we learned during our twelve years living abroad is that no matter where we were in the world, we always seemed to find a Mexican restaurant.
There wasn’t nearly as much Mexican food in Europe and beyond as there is in the United States, which probably made us appreciate it even more.
was just sharing about her trip to Santorini, and it reminded me of one of our favorite memories. We rented a scooter and rode across the island to a Mexican restaurant. We loved it so much we went back a second time. 😄 We were living in Rome Italy at the time and on vacation.
Apparently you can take us out of the Americas, but you can’t take away our love of Mexican food.
