Healing Happens Here
Yesterday I watched a mama great horned owl patiently teaching her baby to fly.
A little later on our walk around the lake, I spotted a baby deer drinking from the lake.
Those quiet moments reminded me why I spend so much time outside.
Immersing myself in nature helps me slow down, clear my mind, and come back feeling more grounded. It’s one of the simplest ways I know to recharge and reconnect with what matters to me.
Sometimes the greatest lessons aren’t found in books or on screens. They’re waiting for us in the woods, by the water, and in the stillness.
πŸ’› What have you noticed in nature lately that made you pause?
