Excitement Can Overwhelm the Brain Too
I have learning overwhelm! I just finished my second amazing workshop in the last two weeks. Even though everything was laid out clearly step by step, my brain hit overload.
So instead of forcing it, I’m giving myself space to walk away for the night and come back tomorrow ready to implement.
Both workshops were about using AI to improve Amazon listings and PPC, and honestly, I’m excited to put it all into action. But excitement can overload the brain too.
There’s actually some interesting brain science behind this. When we learn a lot of new information at once, our working memory gets crowded. The brain needs pauses and sleep to sort, store, and connect what we learned. That’s often why things feel clearer the next morning after stepping away.
So tonight, I’m letting it breathe instead of trying to force productivity.
Learning is important.
But implementation is where change actually happens.
What about you?
What’s something you learned recently that you still want to implement?
