I catch myself saying that sometimes.
Nothing is wrong.
Work is moving.
Life is steady.
And yet… something feels weird.
I used to brush that off.
Tell myself to be grateful.
Keep going.
But I’ve learned that feeling isn’t random.
It’s information.
Here’s what I’ve noticed:
Sometimes my body is ahead of my brain.
I’m carrying stress, change, or pressure I haven’t slowed down long enough to name.
Sometimes I’m in a transition.
Not stuck. Not struggling.
Just in between versions of how I’m working or living.
Sometimes I’m so used to pushing that calm feels uncomfortable.
So I label it as “off” instead of recognizing it as space.
And sometimes…
There’s something small I’m avoiding.
A decision.
A conversation.
A next step I haven’t claimed yet.
That “weird” feeling is usually sitting right on top of it.
This is why building income without burnout matters so much to me.
Not just the numbers.
Not just the systems.
But actually having enough space in your day to notice what’s going on inside you.
Because when you notice it early, you can adjust gently.
Instead of waiting until you’re overwhelmed and forced to.
If you’re feeling this right now, don’t rush to fix it.
Pause for a minute and ask:
What changed recently?
What am I avoiding deciding?
Where am I out of alignment with how I want to live or work?
You don’t need a perfect answer.
Just a little honesty.
That’s usually where things start to shift.
Curious… do you ever feel this too?
