Did you know you can make your own electrolytes? 👀
I started making my own at home using:
• Himalayan pink salt
• potassium chloride
• magnesium citrate
That’s basically the foundation of many electrolyte drinks anyway.
It honestly made me stop and think about how many things we buy prepackaged that we could make ourselves more simply and intentionally.
Not perfectly.Just intentionally.
Lately I’ve been trying to notice where I can create more ease, simplicity, and awareness in everyday life instead of automatically reaching for the most marketed option.
Also… the amount of money some electrolyte packets cost now is kind of wild. 😂
