Changing habits
I’ve been in the habit of scheduling a lot of morning calls but plan on changing that this week…
At least the 8:00 am ones that can be placed a couple of hours later.
Why? I need some admin time! Especially on Monday mornings.
You see I work some on the weekends but it’s usually work for myself. And I try to keep it to the fun and creative stuff.
But often on Monday mornings I feel overwhelmed and behind. That’s no way to start the week!
So this week, I’m scheduling at least 30 minutes of admin time at 8:00 am for everyday I don’t have a call already scheduled at that time.
I will pay attention to how it feels and schedule out my following weeks in the same way. Let’s see if it helps!
