LLC Ownership?
Hey everyone, once you lock it up under your name, according to the docs provided in the course, you need to then form an LLC.
But how does the LLC own it if you're on title?
Do you have to transfer it?
Because there's no way you could have the LLC purchase it initially since the LLC did not exist at the time it was put under contract right?
