Florida
Does anyone here invest in Florida? If so what parts? How are you finding deals that aren’t terribly over priced. I don’t have a ton of time to just drive around and look for complexes and contact the owners. Is anyone from Florida that invests in other states? How have you navigated not being in the area you’re investing in?
