Cody's Buyout
I remember vaugley that there was a asituation where cody had 3 investors and instead of buying them out at 200k each he went a different route...
I don't know the exact details but I'm curious what could possibly be done to make his investors accept a different deal other than the buyout/ takeover penalty of the property...
If someone can please let me know that would be great!
