VLAN are broadcast domains
I am running a stand up session today for a group of techs in another state.
The approach will be that the weakest member (as I see it) will be teaching the rest of us everything he thinks he knows about VLANs.
I will then open Packet Tracer in a sandbox environment and get their hands on some Cisco Configs.
I think if they can learn Cisco CLI and grasp it, Other vendors like HP and and Dell and Netgear and Meraki are a piece of cake.
