📌 Day 24 – She has long hair
Today we learned how to describe appearance in Mandarin using the structure:
👉 [Person] + 有 (yǒu) + [adjective] + [body part].
✨ Key words from today:
- 头发 (tóu fa) = hair
- 眼睛 (yǎn jing) = eyes
- 耳朵 (ěr duo) = ears
- 嘴巴 (zuǐ ba) = mouth
- 鼻子 (bí zi) = nose
- 大 (dà) = big
- 小 (xiǎo) = small
- 长 (cháng) = long
- 短 (duǎn) = short
Examples:
- 她有长头发。 (tā yǒu cháng tóu fa.) — She has long hair.
- 他有大眼睛。 (tā yǒu dà yǎn jing.) — He has big eyes.
📝 Your tasks:
1️⃣ Remember to use today’s practice sheet and follow the stroke order for all the characters.
2️⃣ Write 3 sentences describing appearance (e.g. 她有长头发。 他有大眼睛。爸爸有小耳朵。).
