After I finished one of my certs re: Product Marketing. I created a post just like my mentor. encouraged me to. I immediately sent a short note to the CEO of Product Marketing Alliance, Richard King just to show appreciation for the resources and the inclusive community he created.
He simply replied "It's my pleasure", I'm still so psyched assuming it wasn't from a ghostwriter.
I couldn't think of a response without fangirling. Any advice on how I can build a stronger rapport?
