I used to run a early morning bootcamp program at 5:30am and it was the biggest class of the day at my gym. No dentist appointments, or parties or kids activities get scheduled at that time and so nothing gets in the way. However, I find sometimes I LOVE just hitting the gym at the end of the day to get in some work. BUT... on a stressful day, I tend to want to skip it. SO the question becomes, when will YOU schedule it in and make it happen? That is the best time of day to exercise - when nothing else gets in the way.
