Setbacks
Today I was thinking about the joy of setbacks. Maybe not right away. But in looking back at what was learned and what was gained from an otherwise difficult situation. What are some things you’ve gained from a setback? For me it feels like an easy answer. One thing is that I was able to create an online fitness program for those needing chair based fitness and yoga. I’d love to hear your stories.

Calendar your workouts
Plan your time to exercise just like you would any appointment. I put it in my google calendar, give it a yellow highlight color, and set a reminder to go off 30 minutes before if I’m heading to the gym or 10 minutes before if I’m going to be working out at home. Because my life has an irregular schedule sometimes I have to workout in the morning and sometimes it’s at night, and sometimes it’s with my husband. But I always make sure to plan them and schedule them in on my calendar.
