For many who’ve experienced body boundary violations, binge or emotional eating isn’t a lack of willpower. It’s protection. It’s the body’s way of creating a buffer against feeling unsafe or vulnerable again. You may find that ordinary experiences, like someone asking for your number, a partner initiating intimacy, or simply wearing clothes that draw attention, can feel triggering. These moments can stir up a deep, subconscious fear of being seen, exposed, or violated again. Your reactions are not flaws, they are signs of your strength and survival. 🛡 The "Safe Weight" Phenomenon In our first session, we explore a powerful concept known as “Safe Weight.” For many, excess weight functions as a subconscious “suit of armour”—creating a sense of protection, making one feel less visible, or guarding against unwanted attention. Sometimes, weight gain also reflects internalised shame or blame, stored not just in the mind, but in the body itself. Bringing awareness to these patterns is the first step toward transforming them. Not with punishment or restriction—but with compassion, understanding, and gentle reprogramming. 🧠 What is hypnosis like? Hypnosis is a deeply relaxing and empowering experience. During your audio sessions, you’ll be gently guided into a calm, focused state where your mind is more receptive to positive suggestions and motivation. You’ll be able to access a deep sense of relaxation while strengthening your mindset for success. This process not only helps you sculpt your ideal body but also encourages healthier eating habits, increased confidence, and a greater sense of control over your actions.
