I'm now 15kg lighter than I was at the beginning of this Eazzy Slim journey. I've mostly layed in bed listening to audios... lovely... I'm feeling the pull to move more, walking more, swimming more last night I joined a conscious dance class.... so much fun. I'm just not a gym fan... off swimming tonight but here's my question... how are you moving and are you doing it everyday?
