Diesel fuel tank repair
Looking for a little guidance. I am going to attempt to weld in a 6 inch wide aluminum strap over the porous area which is marked with the arrow. I would normally send this out but they are behind 3 weeks. I'm thinking 1/8 thick but I will do a short run of maybe only 12 inches. I am thinking of going with 3/32 blue 2% lanthanated tungsten, AC 150 amps foot pedal, #8 cup, 120 Hz and 30 %. Video are the settings I have used on a previous project. thank you so much for keeping this Skool going.
