Quick CRM + Automation Question for the Group
I’m trying to get a feel for what you guys are actually using, what’s working, and where things break down. Are you using a CRM right now, or manual tracking your leads in a google sheet or something manual? If you have one, are you really using automations or just the basics? I’m especially curious around: - Speed to lead - Follow-up after the first call - What happens to leads that aren’t ready today but come back 6–12 months later - Where leads fall through the cracks In a perfect world: - What would you want your CRM to handle automatically? - What do you wish was easier or more dialed in? - What do you like about what you’re using now and what do you hate? For context, I personally use GoHighLevel and we’re working on building out additional automations. I’m curious to see what everyone else is doing - the good, the bad, and the ugly. Would love to hear what you’re seeing.
